You can reserve your holiday accommodation by telephone or letter. A non-returnable deposit of £50 per cottage per week is necessary to confirm your booking. We will acknowledge your reservation by letter, when your deposit is received.

The balance of the rental is due no later than 30 days prior to your first night at Badgers' Bluff.

If it is neccesary for you to cancel your holiday, for whatever reason, payment of the outstanding balance remains your responsibility. However, we will try to re-let the accommodation. If so, we will refund the balance of the rental, less a small handling charge.

Your accommodation will be ready for occupation from 3pm on the day of your arrival. You are asked to leave by 10am on the day of departure.

A well-behaved quiet dog is acceptable at our discretion. Proper control is essential at all times for the peace of other guests and the safety of livestock.
